Yes. We plan against the venue's access, rigging, sound limits, catering schedule and in-house requirements. If the venue is not confirmed, sourcing can be included. Share the floor plan and access hours so we can check the setup and any additional equipment needed.

Can you arrange the emcee and entertainment?
Yes. We can source and coordinate emcees, live acts, DJs and performers, then brief them against the final programme and technical plan.
How early should we start planning?
